You are responsible for every listing you publish. Listings must be truthful, current, lawful, and clear about the product, quantity, condition, price, location, and any important terms.

Anaj Online does not own, inspect, certify, or guarantee products listed by users. We are not a party to transactions between users. Buyers and sellers should independently verify products, identity, quality, payment details, and delivery arrangements before completing a deal.

Do not use Anaj Online to post unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, infringing, dangerous, or fraudulent content. Do not spam users, scrape the service, impersonate another person, interfere with platform security, or move conversations to the platform for abusive purposes.

We may remove content or take account action when we believe it is necessary to protect the community or the service.

You keep ownership of content you submit, but you give Anaj Online permission to host, display, format, and distribute it as needed to operate and promote the service. If you see content that violates these terms, please report it to our support team at info@anajonline.com.

The service is provided on an available basis. To the extent allowed by law, Anaj Online is not responsible for the acts, omissions, products, claims, payments, or disputes of marketplace users, or for losses caused by reliance on a listing. Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited.
